Planncode (PLANNCODE CONSULTORIA E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, company registration number 54.866.071/0001-09), a software architecture boutique in data and artificial intelligence based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site. What data we collect

We collect the minimum needed to reply to you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use this site for behavioural advertising.

  • Name, company, email and message, when you fill in the contact form.
  • Technical browsing data that the server records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

What we use it for

The processing relies on your consent, when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest of keeping the site running and secure.

  • Replying to your message and carrying on the commercial conversation you started.
  • Understanding how the site is used, in order to fix problems and improve the content.
  • Meeting the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to Planncode.

Who we share it with

We use technology providers that may process data on our behalf, always limited to the purpose described above.

  • Microsoft, a technology infrastructure provider, which records the technical browsing data described above.
  • Resend, which delivers by email the messages sent through the contact form.
  • Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on the site and therefore receives the request from your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep the form data for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and for the period needed to meet legal obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

The LGPD grants you, as the data subject, the rights below. Just write to contato@planncode.com and we will reply within the legal deadline.

  • Confirm that we process your data and access that data.
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Request the anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed outside the law.

  • Withdraw consent and request the deletion of data processed on that basis.
