Our founder
Léo Antunes
Founder and CEO
Léo founded Planncode in 2025 on a premise the market finds uncomfortable: when a project ends, the client should be able to run the system without the consultancy. The model is boutique — a few projects at a time, senior engineers writing code from day one — because autonomy rests on technical decisions you cannot outsource.
Léo holds a doctorate in Informatics from UNIRIO with a focus on software architecture, where he studies how architectures evolve and where technical debt accumulates. It is the same diagnosis the company runs before writing a single line of code for a client.
